1. Remove any remaining substances from the mouth and/or skin.

2. Call the Poison Control Center at 1.800.222.1212 and give the following information:
- age and weight of victim
- what was taken
- how much was taken
- how long ago
- any signs or symptoms present
- your name and phone number

We recommend having syrup of ipecac and activated charcoal at home.  These products can be purchased at your pharmacy, but should not be used without contacting our office or the Poison Control Center at 1.800.222.1212.
